"去酒吧餐廳最高興的是有現場歌手唱歌，天氣再冷氣氛都炒熱了的說。今次點了三道小菜配橘香莓酸甜的Virgin Sangria及芒果味濃的Mango Tango，包括炒香味濃而不辣的爽口椰菜花、明太子薯仔蛋餅、辣辣的fusion菜又出乎意料地好食的麻婆豆腐墨西哥脆片。 邊談邊食了個半鐘，由於坐在露天風景區，這份冒蒸氣的明太子薯仔蛋餅真的給予溫暖，切開後夾雜明太子鹹香的薯仔湯汁流出，整個蛋餅都滲滿明太子的香，把椰菜花沾一沾湯汁，實現兩食滋味，直頭當成正餐也可以的抵食！ 然後主菜點了卡邦尼意粉，一堆堆閃亮芝士絲刨到意粉中，滑蛋汁忌廉與大量肉夾着彈性質感的意粉超幸福。最後來個吉拿棒的甜點，全開心組成漂亮又好玩的甜品，根據自己喜好製作多重組合的口味，由炸得熱脆的開心果味吉拿棒先沾墨綠色開心果朱古力火鍋，再沾開心果碎及砂糖口感最棒！朱古力份量足夠多，之後直接飲朱古力醬幸福爆瀉！"

"A fantastic find in the heart of Causeway Bay! Shift Cafe and Bar is the perfect escape from the hustle. The coffee is excellent, the food is delicious (the pasta was a highlight!), and the vibe is both chic and relaxed. Great for a casual meet-up, working on a laptop, or a relaxed evening drink. Café at daytime, and Pet-friendly outdoors. Turns to Bar from evening. Background music/ live music (Thur-Sun night only). Outdoor seatings become smoking area. Projecting HK City nightscape to the interior walls. Good vibes. Small tables with comfy seats +/- cushions. High tables beside the bar. Each table has a bottle of essential oil, tap water with glasses, serveitte, toothpicks, and a case of utensils. Clean and tidy. Baskets for belongings are available under the chairs. 2 unisex toilets. --- 7.7/10 Service: Basic courtesy. Gentle and attentive. Reservation is available. To be seated with menus given. Reasonable waiting time for food. -- 7.4/10 F&B: Western and Fusion cuisine. Bilingual menu. Good selections of beverages (alcoholic/ non alcoholic). Nice food presentation in Western style. Reasonable portion. Acceptable prices (slightly on high side). Plus 10% service charge. - Red/ White Sangria, $68@/Happy hours (3-8pm): Not many fruits inside. Taste nice. - Spicy Lemon Pepper & Salt Aubergine Finger, $48:served very hot. Big Aubergine Fingers. --- 7.3/10 - Grilled Cod Roe on Rice Cake, $78: the rice cake on the top was crispy. Thick grilled cod roe. Cucumber on tge bottom. A well l- balanced dish- Unami, fresh, crispy and crunchy. Suprised --- 8.9/10 - Classic Carbonara, $118: creamy pasta was al dente. Mixed with bacon, raw egg yolk, and freshly grated Parmigiana. Yummy. --- 8.5/10 - Pistachio Crusted Beef Wellington, $ 288: crushed pistachio around the puff pastry. Beef was slightly tough. Not much pistachio inside. --- 6.8/10"
